🌍 Remote Platform Moderator (Perfect for Beginners + Founder Spirit!)

Hey there! 👋

We're a young startup building a publishing platform (think Medium, but fresher). We're looking for a Platform Moderator to help us keep the community healthy, the stories inspiring, and the platform running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who's just getting started but wants to grow with a startup and be part of something exciting from the ground up.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing submitted stories to make sure they follow our community guidelines ✍️
• Approving new writer requests and helping them get started
• Responding to writer and reader questions or support issues 💬
• Monitoring platform performance and reporting issues from the dashboard
• Helping shape moderation policies and user experience
• Bringing ideas and feedback that make the platform better 🚀

We're not big on rigid qualifications — what matters is attitude and initiative.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have solid written English
• Enjoy working with people and helping solve issues
• Are comfortable using online platforms and dashboards
• Have a bit of tech curiosity or customer support experience
• Are organized and proactive
• Have that founder spirit — someone who takes ownership, sees opportunities, and grows with the team 🌱

Experience moderating or working with similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
